All participants at Roots are required to wear their name tag at all times.

Phone usage is NOT allowed during the following scheduled programs:

It is strongly recommended not to play phone games or watch tv/movies during the retreat.

Students are NOT allowed to leave the IWU campus until Roots has officially ended.

You are under the supervision of your small group leader during the following times:

Please follow your small group leader’s instructions and notify them if you need to be excused.

If you are leaving a scheduled program for any reason, you MUST receive permission from your small group leader or an admin/staff member.

Please be careful not to lose your room key and access card. There will be individual charges per item lost.

Boys are NEVER allowed in the girls rooms and girls are NEVER allowed in the boys room.

The earliest students can get ready in the mornings is 6:30 AM.

Please report any problems to your small group leader. For room or medical issues, please contact our Roots Nurse or admin/staff member.
